“As a practitioner, my focus is on reconnecting people to their bodies. I believe in intuitive eating, the healing power of nature and gently guiding the body to a state of alignment.
I uphold the belief that long term health and wellbeing is attainable and enjoyable.
Being in service to others and guiding them to better health is the privilege and passion of my life.”
