CREAMY CHOC-HAZLENUT PORRIDGE


Ingredients

- 1 14 oz can regular coconut milk

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt - 1 tsp coconut sugar, lightly packed or manuka honey - 1 cup oats


Garnishes - blueberries - toasted almonds - sliced banana

- hemp seeds

- PANA hazelnut spread

- dark chocolate chips


Method

In a medium sauce pan, combine coconut milk with one can of water, salt, sugar, and oats. Bring to a boil and lower heat to maintain a bare simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes on low, stirring occasionally, until mixture becomes thick and creamy – it will continue to thicken as it cools. Garnish as desired.
