FENNEL AND ORANGE SALAD

INGREDIENTS
- 1 baby fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly shaved
- 60g rocket mix
- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
- Salt flakes, to season
DRESSING
- Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
Prepare salad ingredients by thinly shaving fennel, cutting orange into segments and washing rocket.
Combine in a large salad bowl.
To prepare dressing just combine olive oil and mustard seeds and drizzle over salad.
Sea salt flakes to season.
